Built by people who've stood on every side of the table.
Belle Vouz is led by three people whose experience spans the military, logistics, and both sides of the sourcing relationship — buyer and manufacturer.

Jashim Uddin
Managing DirectorJashim's road to manufacturing is anything but ordinary. He began his career in the Bangladesh Army and went on to serve with the country's Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI), retiring in 2000 — two decades of service that instilled the discipline, precision and quiet integrity that still run through everything Belle Vouz does.
He then built businesses of his own: a transport and logistics agency he ran until 2013, followed by a garment warehouse in Malaysia from 2013 to 2017 — his first years in apparel, learning the trade from the buyer's side of the table.
In 2016 he founded Belle Vouz Ltd as a buying house and grew it into a full manufacturing plant, giving him a rare end-to-end view of the industry — from placing an order to making it. Sister company Collective Studio, established in 2019, is the distillation of that journey: a factory led by someone who has stood on every side of the supply chain, and who still chooses flexibility and quality over sheer volume.

Homaira Jashim
DirectorRepresenting the next generation of manufacturing leadership, Homaira brings fresh perspectives on sustainable practices, digital communication and modern brand partnerships.
Her understanding of what emerging brands need — flexibility, transparency and genuine collaboration — has shaped how Belle Vouz approaches every client relationship, from first enquiry to repeat season.
Together with Jashim, this partnership combines time-tested industry knowledge with contemporary thinking — a manufacturing group that understands both the craft of garment making and the needs of modern fashion brands.
