Belle Vouz Ltd was founded in 2016 in Narayanganj, Bangladesh, as a buying house and has grown into a vertically-integrated manufacturing group. It is the parent company of Collective Studio Ltd (collectivestudioltd.com), a low-MOQ, GOTS-certified organic knitwear sister brand.

## Production process
01. **Enquiry & Costing** — You share tech-packs, references or blocks. We revert with costing, MOQ and lead-time — usually the same day.
02. **Development & Sampling** — Our technical team develops patterns and produces proto and fit samples until the hand-feel and fit are signed off.
03. **Sourcing & Booking** — Fabrics and trims are sourced from certified mills, lab-dips and bulk approvals are locked, and capacity is booked.
04. **Pre-Production** — PP samples, size-sets and a signed-off critical path align every factory before a single bulk piece is cut.
05. **Bulk Production** — Cutting, sewing and finishing run under inline QC, with real-time progress against the critical path.
06. **Inspection & Export** — Final AQL inspection, packing to spec, full documentation and shipment — FOB, CIF or worldwide DDP.

- **What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?** 500 pieces per style and colour is our standard minimum order quantity — that's where a factory floor stops losing money on setup costs and starts running efficiently, since every colour needs its own dye lot and cutting layout regardless of order size. It's not a number we picked arbitrarily; it's where fabric MOQ, colour MOQ and style MOQ all converge for a normal knit or woven run. If your brand needs to start smaller, we won't pretend 500 pieces is negotiable in-house — instead we route you to our sister company, Collective Studio, which runs GOTS-certified organic production built specifically for low-MOQ orders from 100 pieces upward. Same production standards, a smaller commitment.
- **What products can Belle Vouz manufacture?** Three product streams run under one roof here: cut-and-sew knitwear — tees, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts — structured woven pieces like shirts, trousers, dresses and outerwear, and flat-knit sweaters spanning 3 to 14 gauge, which covers everything from a lightweight summer knit to a heavy cable-knit winter piece. Activewear and loungewear run through the same knit capability. Beyond apparel, we've built a growing private-label leather line — bags, belts and wallets — sourced and produced to the same merchandising and QC standards as the garments. Most buying houses specialize in one or two of these; running knit, woven, sweater and leather together under a single merchandising team is what actually lets us quote a mixed order without routing pieces through three separate vendors.
- **Where are you located and do you export worldwide?** Head office and sourcing operations sit in the BSCIC Industrial Area of Narayanganj, Bangladesh — the industrial heartland behind most of the country's ready-made garment exports — with a European liaison office in Amsterdam for buyers who want a same-timezone contact. We export worldwide, and we quote in whichever shipping term actually fits your operation: FOB if you're running your own freight forwarder, CIF if you want shipping bundled into the unit price, or worldwide Delivered Duty Paid if you'd rather goods land customs-cleared at your door with nothing left to chase. Every shipment goes out with full export documentation — no missing paperwork holding up a container at the other end.
- **What certifications and compliance standards do you hold?** Belle Vouz and our partner factories hold three separate certifications, and each one covers something different: amfori BSCI audits social compliance and ethical labour practice across the supply chain, WRAP certifies that same lawful, humane manufacturing standard through a US-based program, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 tests the actual fabric for harmful substances at every component level — not just the shell, the trims and linings too. For brands running organic programmes, GOTS certification is available on request. Every order ships only after AQL 1.5 or 2.5 final inspection, whichever tolerance your spec calls for, and we don't treat third-party audits as an inconvenience — if your compliance team wants to send someone to inspect the factory floor themselves, we welcome it.
- **How long is your production lead time?** Costing and MOQ come back the same day you send a tech-pack or reference — we don't make you wait a week just to find out if an order is viable. From there, development and sampling typically take 7 to 14 days, depending on how many rounds of fit correction a style needs before it's signed off. Bulk production is where the real range shows up: 45 to 75 days from cutting through final AQL inspection and export, and where you land in that window comes down to fabric availability, order quantity and how complex the construction is — a basic tee moves faster than a lined jacket with multiple trims. We'd rather give you an honest range than a number that only holds up for the simplest possible order.
- **Do you offer private-label and OEM manufacturing?** Yes — private-label and OEM manufacturing is most of what we do. Send a tech-pack, a rough sketch, or even just a reference sample you like the fit of, and our in-house pattern-making team takes it from there: fabric and trim sourcing, sampling through proto and fit stages, and a dedicated merchandiser assigned to your account specifically, not shared across a dozen clients. That merchandiser owns your order end-to-end — costing, bill of materials, critical-path management — so you're not chasing three different departments for status updates. Whether you're an established brand adding a Bangladesh manufacturing line or a new label placing your first bulk order, the process and the team assigned to you stays the same.
